These are websites and tools I recommend to my students. Most are free or have a solid free tier. I've organised them by type — use what works for your learning style.

Tip: Don't try to use everything. Pick one or two that suit you and use them consistently.

How to Actually Use These

1

Don't just read — test yourself

Passive reading doesn't stick. Use quizzes, flashcards, and practice questions to actively recall information.

2

Past papers are gold

Once you've covered the content, past papers are the single best way to prepare. Do them in timed conditions, then mark honestly.

3

Check your exam board

Make sure you're using resources that match your specific exam board and specification. They're not all the same.

4

Little and often beats cramming

Spaced repetition works. 20 minutes a day beats 3 hours the night before — your brain needs time to consolidate.

Need more help?

These resources are great, but sometimes you need someone to explain things your way.
